For me, the best part about Taipei is that it only takes less than 1 hour to be the nature. Located between Taipei and Yilan, Pinglin is one of the closet village in New Taipei city that prominent for the Pou-Chong tea（包種茶）
Pou-chong tea (包種茶) has a obvious flowery scent and belong to part of light green tea.
Here in Pinglin, you will experience different Taiwan tea culture.

Most of tourists visit Shakadang Trail, Swallow Grotto (Yanzikou), Eternal Spring Shrine (Changchun Shrine), Tianxiang Scenic Area, these tourist spots are great but only suitable for the older, or someone who prefer calm and easy.
I think for me the most exciting way to appreciate Tarok Gorge is to hike the Zhuiliu old trail and ride a scooter! Driving between these cutting edge cliffs with fresh wind blowing through your face, you will fully enjoy in the magnificent stone forest.

說真的，體感溫度將近40度的高溫，還有誰受得了泡在熱呼呼的溫泉裡啊? 據當地人說，夏天的住房率僅一成，冬天卻幾乎是天天客滿! 那夏天除了海灘難道就不能玩溫泉之鄉了嗎? 其實夏天來北投可以去觀看北投著名的日式建築巡禮! 乘坐捷運從北投轉至北投站的車廂有別於一般車廂，是經過特別設計的 車程僅五分鐘就到摟~ 看這可愛的小桌子 車廂也好可愛 出口出去左轉就可以看到ubike租借站 不過不是很建議騎腳踏車，為什麼呢? 因為沒有腳踏車道，只有一條狹窄的人行道，不僅凹凸不平，一路陡峭的上坡更是難騎，日頭正烈，如果不想隔天鐵腿，還是不要輕易嘗試! 另外，新北投的景點與捷運站非常相近，走路都可以到 新北投捷運站–>凱達格蘭文化館–>溫泉博物館–>梅亭–>地熱谷 一走出捷運，暖呼呼的風即熱情的擁抱你，全身的每寸肌膚似乎都親吻著太陽 第一個地方當然就是衝到圖書館去吹冷氣當文青啊!▼ 臺北市立圖書館北投分館: 臺灣首座綠建築圖書館 使用松、杉等生長速度較快的木頭作為主建材，一方面抵抗硫磺味的侵蝕，另一方面更呼應附近的木造溫泉博物館，建築物隱身在北投公園內，自然的與周遭融合，大家可以看到照片的背景有座突兀的大樓令畫面顯得非常不協調。除了在建材的選擇外，大片的落地窗引入自然光，讓閱讀者以舒適的姿態迎接陽光，並且特別設計走向，將廁所、機房、電梯等需要用到水泥的區塊放置在西曬區，擋住陽光，所以照片中的右手邊可以看得出屋頂是向下擋住內部的。▲ 參考資料 透過設計師的巧思，陽光輕盈地流露，在光影下閱讀應該是種小確幸吧?!且書架高度刻意低於110公分，希望能讓閱讀者一眼就望見窗外的綠景，建築不再只是隔離牆，而是能連接外界資源，讓人與周圍環境能夠有所互動的載體。▲ 接著，可以隔壁的北投溫泉博物館去懷念歷史風情 原為公共溫泉浴場，建於1913年，是日治時期最華麗的公共浴場。接著於1994年政府計畫拆除改建為纜車站，經多人許多人搶救後被指定為三級古蹟，得以保存下這棟優美的建築。 共分上下二層樓。建築物配合自然環境地形，入口由二樓進入；二樓為原本之貴賓室及休憩空間，現在展示北投的人文、歷史、產業等主題，一樓為原本之公共浴場、個人浴池空間，展示溫泉、溫泉相關設施、用品、北投石、浴場空間使用等主題。▲ (資料來源) 意外看到有人在這野餐，樹蔭下，涼爽的氣候真是舒服▼ 往下一些，馬上就可以見到一旁的梅亭~ 又是冷氣超強的一棟古蹟，而且還有大概6位工作人員在那歡迎您的蒞臨▼ 內部打掃得很乾淨，木地板擦得粉亮，坐在裡面懷古幽情倒挺有情調的 累了，你可以坐在這白沙發上休息吹冷氣，望著窗外也是別有一番風味 窗外的光線柔和地照射進來，適合拍人像照 (攝影魂跑出來~▼ 建築後側的一道外廊，可以俯視後院▼ 梅庭約建於1930年代末期，「一代草聖」于右任先生曾前往避暑。建物格式特殊並保有日式木構架建築風格，地下室之RC防空避難室屬太平洋戰爭初期之形式，庭院外牆係以城垛型式建構，後院綠樹成蔭，幽雅蒼鬱，俯臨北投溪，水流潺潺。 (參考資料) 這裡的路真是不好騎，很多蜿蜒小路，真心覺得步行較能體會到北投的風情 逆看看下圖，都已經騎不動下來用走的了▼ 只有這一段路騎起來超級舒服，堪稱北投綠色隧道!▼ 最後去地熱谷拉~~~▼ 我覺得應該叫地獄谷…… 彷彿進入了蒸氣室，轟轟地熱氣不斷傳來，毛細孔都打開來接收這帶有些微硫磺味的霧氣 午餐我們在捷運附近的拾米 裡面座位不多，但是乾淨、小而巧的裝潢，讓人心曠神怡 一旁的精釀啤酒櫃真的好吸引人 餐點分量不多，但是食材新鮮，都蠻好吃的~ 在這麼熱的天氣下，容易吃不下，像這樣的小份量搭配一杯冰飲 反而覺得剛剛好!
